AUCTIONEER’S STATEMENT: This family has been great customers of Southwest Auction for many years. Unfortunately due to health reasons over the past year, the family has not been able to market the puppies for enough profit to satisfy the loan. Therefore, this sale will take place with no reserves. We hope you can attend. This sale is only 60 miles from the Wheaton sale barn and any purchases that you make may stay over if you plan to attend both sales on this weekend. I have personally viewed the dogs and the quality is good and the dogs are in good health. I hope you can attend, Bob

Has 18 indoor & outdoor cages w/ washdowns– building has 2 rooms (one for whelping & one for feed/meds room w/ sink & bathroom); metal exterior, needs some repairs. (1) 10’ x 48’ building that is unfinished-insulated, wired for electric, lights, framed in for doggy doors. Would make good kennel or storage building. (2) sets of ground pens (16 x 48)-made of wire & panels-both have 18 pens each (pens are 6x8). FROM NEOSHO, MO:  Take Hwy 60 to Hwy 10 North towards Miami. At first stop light in Miami, go Right on 69A towards Buffalo Run Casino to ‘80 Road’. Turn Right on 80 Road (east) and go one mile to South 590 Road. Turn Right to 2nd house on left hand side.
